For this article, I hope I can do a good job at it, I will be writing things differently. Yes, I am still going to lean into my endless list of items I would love to get and why I want them. But I have been feeling like I need to be more honest about my train of thought and share more ideas that come to me when making these decisions.

I know there is an endless list of things people want to do in the new year and vision boards… I think we can start new things any day but hopefully a new year starting can be some sort of motivator to improve or change things that you have been meaning to change but haven’t gotten yourself into doing so.

I personally want shop more responsibly, for a minute I felt like I was doing that but there are so many pretty things online and buying is now so easy, that I have fallen into a endless shopping situation. It’s not all bad, we all love new things and it’s fun to get a new pair of shoes or a new coat or whatever you get and use those items as a form of self expression. I truly enjoy choosing what I will wear on a day based on my mood and it really does affect on how I start my day. But personally I want to be more mindful when buying things from now on. This won’t stop me from recommending items and looking though.

Now all that said, I have a compilation of items I would get this winter time. You will notice I have fallen to a certain color palette of greens, browns and a few pops of other colors. I think this could be because I just dyed my hair brown and I love how those colors match my hair.

Starting strong with this Penny Coat from Charlotte Simone in black. I have this in a tan color with white shearling and the coat itself is not that warm but it is beautiful and I could wear it to especial occasions. I love this brand and is a beautiful statement piece you will save forever.

Second on the list, is this set from Damson Madder in olive green, which to one’s surprise if you have noticed a pattern, I love sets and Damson Madder. This set I feel like I could dress up or down or even style it with different tops or bottoms. Very versatile imo. Unfortunately by the time I am posting this, my size is sold out so hopefully I will find it soon on Depop.

To style the Damson Madder set, I would definitely get a pair of knee high boots either lace up or with a low or no heel. Like these Ann Demeulemeester lace up boots or these Vagabond knee high boots. Also, it could be paired with this gorgeous pair of Gucci Tom Ford era brown leather boots I found on Depop. Such a sexy shoe!

I really like this brown top from Mango and it’s on sale. Right now there’s so many good sales specially last summer’s styles. It’s a good time to buy old styles on a good price.

These green suede sneakers from Bimba y Lola that I saw in store and I fell in love. The only thing is that I think that I need to stop buying suede shoes since all the pairs I have gotten lately are stained but I just can’t help it they’re so cute. Same thing with these pink suede Onitsuka Tiger Mexico 66 sneakers. I have a pair of Onitsukas from 2021-2022 around that time. I love that these shoes feel like I am not wearing any shoes at all and I love that. But I have worn mine so much that I want to get a new pair before the ones I have now get ruined.

I have been looking for a new pair of glasses since mine broke a few months ago and they are holding on for now but won’t last forever. These pair of glasses I found on Revolve on a decent price and are aviators just like the ones I broke. I did end up accidentally buying a pair Chloe square glasses on Ebay (I bid on them and I didn’t know it would get accepted so quickly) and they have a Sharon Tate-esque style that I like.

I want a pair of pointed kitten heels to wear to my graduation that is coming up. I didn’t want to spend too much on them. I found a bargain of these Sam Edelman ones in green or pink that are made with a satin fabric and have a square pointed toe. I might get these in green if they don’t sell out before I get them.

Another good priced item, this heart chain necklace that reminds me of Roxanne Assouline heart necklace but less chunky and better priced. This one I found many other similar ones on Revolve.

Another strong item, this coat in leopard from Charlotte Simone as well. This looks so cozy, fun and I could also dress it up or down with jeans or pants and heeled boots. It has an oversized fit to it that I love.

Finally, saving the best for last, this vintage Gucci monogram Jackie leather bag in burgundy that I found on The Real Real. It is to die for!

For now that’s all for my list and happy shopping!
