Spaghettios has been trending all over my for you page. Unfortunately for me, every time I see a video of something insanely delicious, I MUST make it instantly. I was sitting on this craving far too long, and decided last night was the night.
Now the classic “spaghettios at home” recipe is simply just water, tomato paste, and butter…. I wanted it to have some adult flavor. While this recipe is gluten-free you can always substitute the items in this dish for “real” pasta and “real” breadcrumbs if you wish.
Now let’s get into the fun stuff. Mini meatballs, anelini noodles, and a homemade tomato bone broth sauce.
serves two
1 cup Anellini noodles
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 cups of bone broth (I used chicken to keep the sauce lighter in color)
1 garlic clove smashed, then chopped
1 tbsp butter
1/2 cup white cooking wine
1lb grass-fed ground beef
1/2 cup GF breadcrumbs
1/4 cup freshly chopped parsley
1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese for meatballs + 1 cup for the sauce
1 egg
basil leaves for garnishing
1 tsp salt + pepper
1 tsp onion powder
