“ SchoolCash Online: Important Information for BCS Families

Dear BCS Families,

To make it easier and more convenient to pay for your child’s school items and fees, Brunswick County Schools is using SchoolCash Online for online payments.

As we make this transition, parents and guardians may receive an automated email directly from SchoolCash Online. Here is what you need to know:

If you are listed as the Primary Guardian in Infinite Campus, our Student Information System, and do not already have a SchoolCash Online account using that email address: You may receive an automated invitation from SchoolCash Online asking you to create an account.

You do not have to wait for the email to get started. You can create an account at any time by visiting:

If you already have a SchoolCash Online account but have not linked your student: You may receive an automated email from SchoolCash Online for each child who is not yet connected to your account. The email will ask you to confirm that you would like SchoolCash Online to automatically link your child to your account.

Once the Primary Guardian has logged into SchoolCash Online and the student has been connected, access can also be shared with other guardians.

SchoolCash Online provides families with a secure and convenient way to pay for school related items and fees, view payment history and receipts, and manage payments for multiple children from one account.

We encourage families to create or review their SchoolCash Online account now to make school payments easier throughout the year.
