Hello Everyone,
One of the gifts of going away for a few days, apart from the change of scenery, is the chance to step outside your own life for a while. When your mind is occupied with other things, it often loosens its grip on the questions you’ve been trying so hard to answer.
That’s exactly what happened to me while visiting family last week.
Somewhere between family conversations and walking through the city, I finally understood why I couldn’t find peace with my online energy healing offering.
It wasn’t the offering itself.
More specifically, it was the way I was valuing myself.
Those of us drawn to healing work often find ourselves walking a strange path. We don’t want to measure everything by money. We don’t want to mirror a world that places profit above people, or power above service. We want to give generously, to make healing accessible, to offer our gifts with open hands.
But somewhere along the way, generosity can quietly become self-abandonment.
I realised I hadn’t priced these sessions from a place of self-respect. I wasn’t honouring the years of study, practice, devotion and personal transformation that allow me to hold this work. I wasn’t valuing the energy required to sit so deeply with another person. And, perhaps most importantly, I wasn’t valuing myself.
The irony isn’t lost on me. I spend so much of my life encouraging women to recognise their own worth, while sometimes (more often than I’d like to admit) quietly overlooking my own.
So I’ve decided to change that.
From this month onwards, my online group energy-clearing sessions will be offered at a new price, not because they’ve changed, but because my relationship with them has.
I want this offering to come from a place of integrity. From a place that honours everyone involved, both the receiver and the giver.
It seems that, even after all these years, the medicine is still teaching me.
If you’ve been feeling the call to receive a healing, perhaps this is your invitation. And perhaps, alongside clearing your energy, we can both continue learning the sacred practice of valuing ourselves as deeply as we value everyone else.
With Much Love,
