野尻湖や直売所を楽しんだ日の締めくくりは、赤倉温泉街にある大好きな「提灯座」さんへご案内しました🚙💨

大きな提灯が灯る落ち着いた和空間でいただくのは、地元の恵みやジビエを取り入れたこだわりの創作料理。最後の一手間をお客さんの目の前で仕上げてくださる、温かいおもてなしが魅力です。

以前お譲りしたわが家のオーブンレンジが、お店で今も大活躍してくれているとお聞きしてすごく嬉しかったです🙌（美味しいガーリックトーストもこれで香ばしく焼いてくださったそう！🥖✨）

訪れたこの日も、すでに12月の予約が入り始めているとお聞きして納得。特にスキーシーズン（冬）に利用したい方は、早めの予約が絶対におすすめです！

To wrap up our lovely day around Nojiri Lake, we visited “Chochinza” in the Akakura Onsen area for dinner🏮✨

Under the warm glow of traditional lanterns, they serve delicious creative dishes highlighting local seasonal ingredients and gibier. The master finishes the delicate plating right in front of your eyes!

I was so happy to hear that an oven we passed on to them is still actively used in their kitchen—even for baking their tasty garlic toast!🥖✨

Bookings for December are already filling up. If you’re planning a winter trip to Myoko, reserving your table well in advance is highly recommended!
