I finally finished editing Unplug. In the video below, I share that update and also walk through three simple ways to reduce EMF exposure at work. The main point is this: don’t guess. Measure your actual environment, make a few practical changes, and start where you spend the most time.
This kind of testing changed how I set up my own environment.
Here’s the short video update:
- Get an EMF meter and test the places where you actually sit and work.
Most people assume they know where exposure is coming from, but a meter often shows surprises. - Create a charging area away from your body.
Don’t keep devices charging right next to you on a desk or beside your bed if you can help it. - Small setup changes can matter more than people think.
Moving a router, changing where you charge devices, or adjusting where you sit can make a meaningful difference over time.
I learned the hard way that guessing is not the same thing as knowing.
If you want a deeper step-by-step approach, Unplug goes further into how I think about reducing exposure in everyday life.
Start by measuring what’s around you. It’s usually more useful than worrying in the abstract.
