Hey Happy Sunday! I wanted to share a really great podcast that I was on. Hosted by Stephanie James (international presenter, bestselling author, film producer, transformational coach, and psychotherapist) - Igniting the Spark is a podcast that invites “conversations with global visionaries, cutting-edge consciousness researchers, and pioneering spiritual luminaries”. She has hosted impressive guests such as Bruce Lipton, Neal Donald Walsch, Suzanne Guiseman, Mark Nepo and Lynne McTaggart among others. I was honored to be invited and while its a shorter podcast, it was packed with great conversation and insight.
I had the opportunity to really sink into the process I use in my work with others and hope to inspire you to think about your own nervous sytem differently and <wink-wink> inspire you to join my 12 week Somatic Immersion!!
I also enlarged on the analogy of the nervous system I’ve been exploring, teaching and using, that of our system being akin to the most majestic tree. Happy Listening!
