It’s crazy that I even have to say this out loud in America:
I AM a capitalist.
❤️
Not a greedy, unscrupulous capitalist.
A Conscious Capitalist.
🤍
I believe in free markets.
I believe in making a profit.
I believe in private property.
I believe in rewarding initiative, genius, and hard work.
I believe people take pride in what they earn and what they own.
💙
I am a Conscious Capitalist.
I believe we can earn profits while taking good care of people and the planet.
I believe that prosperous people are some of the most generous people. (They just don’t make the headlines.)
I believe that our society should take care of those who are truly unable to care of themselves.
I believe in building wealth in the service of others, not at the expense of others.
❤️
I believe that where and who I spend my money with matters.
I prioritize local, women- and minority-owned businesses.
I purchase products that are healthy for my body and Mother Earth.
🤍
Is capitalism perfect? No.
Is it broken beyond repair? No.
Does it require moral guardrails? Yes.
💙
Capitalism doesn’t need to be scrapped.
It needs more good-hearted souls to consciously and fully engage in it.
❤️
Communism destroys prosperity.
Socialism doesn’t make everyone rich.
They do make people equal: Equally poor, that is.
(Don’t believe me? Ask one of my friends from Cuba, Russia, or Venezuela.)
🤍
I believe Conscious Capitalism IS the bridge that takes us to a better place both spiritually and financially.
Want to become a more conscious capitalist? Here are 5 simple ways to do it.
