Chef Lucy · EVERYONE CAN COOK

We officially opened registration for Summer 2026 last week, and it’s been so wonderful seeing the first wave of familiar names pop up on our roster.

If you’re sitting down with your calendar this week to map out your summer, you might be wondering which week is the best fit for your child’s age or interest. We’ve gathered the questions we get most often to help you find that “perfect fit” week.

Click any camp to view details or grab a spot:

June: Starting Strong

Baking 101 (06/02–06/06) – The perfect foundation.
Cookie Camp (06/08–06/12) – Dough, design, and deliciousness.
Cake Camp (06/22–06/26 – Artistry meets assembly.
Bread Camp (06/29–07/03) – The magic of fermentation, a secret STEM camp.

July & August: Mid-Summer Magic

Cake Camp (07/06–07/10
Cupcake Camp (07/13–07/17) – Boutique-style decorating.
Bake Around the World (07/27–07/31) – A global culinary tour.
Cake Camp (08/03–08/07)

Most weeks are for ages 7–17. However, Cake Camp starts at 8. It’s our most technique-heavy week, and we’ve learned over the years that kids do best with a little more "stamina" for the intricate decorating and assembly work.

Absolutely—and it’s one of our favorite parts of camp! Younger kids get inspired watching the older ones, and the older kids build incredible confidence by leading by example. We keep a close eye on groupings to ensure everyone is challenged and supported.

Camps run 9:00am–1:00pm, Monday–Friday. Kitchen doors open at 9:00am sharp. Since our team heads straight into prep for the next day's doughs and batters at 1:00pm, prompt pickup is a huge help to us! We offer a 10-minute grace period, after which a $2/minute fee applies to cover the extra staff time.

Every single day! Expect a very proud kid and a very full bag at 1:00pm. Pro-tip: Clear some counter space before they get home—these treats deserve a "big reveal" moment!

A water bottle, a packed lunch, closed-toe shoes, and a large container (like a Tupperware or cake carrier) to transport their creations. We handle everything else: professional tools, aprons, and high-quality ingredients.

Yes. We teach step-by-step. If your child already knows their way around a kitchen, don't worry—we always have "extra challenges" ready to push their skills even further.

Just reply to this email with your child’s age and what they’re most excited to bake. Amelia and I are happy to help you narrow it down!

We can’t wait to bake with your kids this summer.

With love & sprinkles,

Chef Lucy & Amelia
