4 More Days at the Yurt

It’s been an incredible summer.

The date I’ve had in mind these past months for my departure from Telluride is August 20th, which is this Thursday. That’s when I’ll begin meandering my way back down to Nashville.

I have a plane ticket departing Nashville for Rhode Island September 2nd (to spend the month with my parents) and return to Nashville on September 29th.

I’ll be basing out of Nashville and staying in the Southeast through the holidays. It will have been a couple years since the van has been in Nashville, and it feels like the right time to regroup in my hometown, see friends, spend time with my parents, and just reconnect with that world.

I’ll spend the remainder of my time here working on music. I don’t know when I’ll get this kind of distraction-free time to work on it again. There’s a lot more music I’ll be releasing before the end of the year. I feel proud of this stuff I’m doing and I’m having so much fun with it. It’s challenging and rewarding in all the best ways.

My cup continues to feel like it’s overflowing and I’m excited for everything that’s ahead.
