Usually, you have to actually leave your house. And this take planning. Most people want to travel more, but what stops them?
Often it is real (or created) barriers - like time, money, preferences, fears, health, etc. Often is just a lack of planning and by the time you want to plan a trip, it’s too expensive or your schedule is filled up with other commitements.
