When I cook, I clean as I work
Every time I use my phone I rest it in the indention left on my pinky from using my phone.
Every morning, I walk the same route to get my coffee.
When I drink my coffee, I only sip, never swig.
If I play music on my phone it’s never less than 85% volume. If I play a CD in my home it’s never louder than 25% volume.
When I stretch, I only do it until i feel like not doing it anymore
When I read I sit up straight
Every time I’m on a plane I write something even if its bad.
When I write a Newsletter I never re-write something if its further back than 1 paragraph
When I sleep I put my phone in the kitchen
When I wake up I dont use my phone for 1 hour
When I run I put my shoes on outside
My desktop homescreen is only allowed 5 folders on it. If there’s more it tells me something must be finished or re-organized
When I see the sun, I thank God.
When I feel the rain, I thank God.
