You've come to the right place. If you're Irish & thinking of moving to Charleston, we're here to answer your questions, give sound advice, and a warm welcome upon your arrival.

If you want a more warmer, more laidback, family friendly place where you can own a house instead of renting an apartment, then Charleston is perfect.

Condé Nast calls Charleston the Best Small City In The US and we all agree.

There's a good level of Irish people here. It's not like being in Woodlawn in NY, where you may as well still be living in Ireland.

There's just enough Irish here that if you want some Irish friends, they're easy to find. But if you want to do your own thing, you can do that do too.

I've been in the real estate business in Charleston for nearly twenty years, so I'm well qualified to answer this.

I-526 is Charleston's version of Dublin's M50. If you live inside I-526, you'll be close to the beaches, downtown, and the best of Charleston.

Downtown, Mt Pleasant, James Island, West Ashley, Johns Island, Daniel Island, Park Circle, Folly Beach, Isle of Palms, Sullivan's Island are all inside 526.

We can answer them and put your mind at rest!

The best thing to do is send us an email. We'll arrange a call and have a chat. We can tell you more about Charleston and answer all your questions.

It can be difficult moving to a new town and not knowing anyone. Within our community, you don't need to worry about that.

We have lots of groups that you can join. We can introduce you to a few people who are in a similar family or work situation as you.
