Delaware: ACA enrollment *down* 18% in 2026... premiums to go *up* 18% in 2027...

Meanwhile, Celtic/Centene is bailing on the state completely.

🚨 ~160,000 #SOUTHCAROLINA ACA enrollees had already lost healthcare coverage as of February 2026...a 30% drop from last year.

Remaining unsubsidized enrollees are looking at an *additional* 17% rate hike in 2027.

🚨 TENNESSEE: Over 72,000 ACA enrollees lost healthcare coverage in the first 2 months of 2026 alone.

Among those remaining, unsubsidized enrollees are set to be hit with *another* ~16% rate hike in 2027.

UTAH: The good news (really!): ACA premiums to only go up by 6.7% on average next year.

The bad news: Over 63,000 Utah enrollees have already been priced out of the market altogether regardless.

🚨 WYOMING: The "good" news: Wyoming's avg. official ACA premiums are "only" going up 11.3% next year...

The bad news: unsubsidized enrollees will be paying an AVERAGE of ~$1,350/month in premiums alone. 👀

🚨 A third of Oklahoma ACA enrollees had already lost healthcare coverage as of February, or over 85,000 people.

The rest are facing avg 2027 rate hikes of 21.5% for unsubsidized enrollees.

NORTH DAKOTA: Unsubsidized ACA premiums expected to jump another 19.6% next year, due in part to...

"...Expected deterioration of the...overall health status...related to the expiration of enhanced premium tax credits."

🚨 NEW MEXICO: ACA enrollment is still 6% *higher* for the year...

...but premiums are still set to jump by 25% next year for the small number of unsubsidized enrollees.

🚨 NEW JERSEY: Unsubsidized ACA enrollees facing 20.4% avg. premium hikes in 2027

GOP's failure to extend improved subsidies has already led to 56,000 losing coverage so far this year

🚨 NEBRASKA: Nearly 30,000 ACA enrollees have lost healthcare coverage due to Republicans letting the improved tax credits expire.

Those remaining are facing 13.6% average premium hikes next year for unsubsidized enrollees.

🚨 MONTANA: Unsubsidized ACA enrollees facing average premium hikes of more than 23% in 2027.

26,000 Montanans will have to find a new insurance carrier as PacificSource is pulling out entirely
