Hard work does not make you visible. It never has. And I think most women in business spend years operating as though it does, as though if they just create enough, show up enough, refine the offer enough, the right people will eventually find them. I believed that too, before I understood what was actually happening underneath it.
Here is the quiet belief I think a lot of us are carrying without ever saying it out loud… If my work is good enough, it will get seen. It sounds reasonable. It even sounds like the responsible, humble thing to believe, because it puts the pressure back on us to simply be better rather than expecting anything to be handed to us. But it is not true, and believing it keeps a lot of genuinely talented women small for a lot longer than they need to be.
Visibility and quality are not the same thing, and they are not even related in the way we assume. Quality is something you build alone, in your own time, through your own effort. Visibility is something else entirely. It is a function of access, of who already has eyes on a room and whether you are standing in it. You can be exceptional and invisible at the same time, and that is not a contradiction, it is just how distribution works.
The algorithm was never built to reward good work. It was built to reward existing attention, which is a very different thing.
I did not build the Women Supporting Women group because I had the best content. I built it because I understood early on that community, not content, is what creates access, and access is what everyone is actually starved for. Four years and 250,000+ members later, I still think that is the single most important thing I have learned about growing a business as a woman without a marketing budget behind me. You are not missing a better offer. You are missing a room full of people who are already looking.
I bring this up today because I think it is worth sitting with for a second, not just as a sales pitch but as an honest look at where your energy has actually been going. If you have spent this year refining and polishing and second guessing whether your work is good enough yet, I want you to ask yourself something different instead. Not is my work good enough, but who is actually seeing it, and is that the right room.
This is why the VIP Membership exists. It is not a content strategy. It is a room, one that already has 250,000 women in it, already engaged, already looking for exactly what you offer, and it gives you pre-approved, daily access to stand in front of them starting the day you join.
Your rate locks in for life the moment you join, whether that is monthly at $27, annual at $250, or lifetime at $500 as a once off, and right now every plan comes with over $325 in bonuses on top of that.
If you have been quietly waiting to feel ready before you put yourself somewhere bigger, I would gently challenge that instinct today. Readiness is not usually the real barrier. Access is. And access is the one thing you do not have to build from nothing, because it already exists, and it is already open to you.
