In case you missed it, we also published another recipe - my fried sushi sandwich. Some of you told us you didn’t get it so you can easily find it here. Thanks for subscribing!
Alright guys, we got another easy weeknight meal. As a lot of you know, one of Celina’s favorite things in the whole world is a burger. So I found a way to make it even easier, and healthier, while still getting all of the same flavor. Dare I say, it hits even better sometimes.
I used to just not post these because I felt like I wasn’t doing enough to make the content interesting. But then I realized how dumb I was to think that. Most people don’t have a ton of time when it comes to cooking, so I’ve made it a point to start sharing and developing more easy recipes that literally ANYONE can make. I could probably teach my 3 year-old how to do this one.
It takes about 35-40 minutes, but that’s only because you have to wait for the potatoes in the oven. You can easily get this under 25 if you make a couple substitutions. For example, you can just use frozen fries instead of cutting and roasting the potatoes. I know a lot of you don’t like cutting shit and I don’t either, but it will be worth it lol.
Let’s make it!!
4 lbs baby potatoes
Olive oil
1 tbsp salt, or more to taste
2 tsp pepper, or more to taste
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp paprika
2 tsp Italian seasoning
2 lbs ground beef
1 tbsp salt, or more to taste
2 tsp pepper
Paprika, to taste
Mustard, optional
8 slices American cheese
1/2 cup light mayo, or regular
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tbsp mustard
2 tbsp relish
1 tsp Worcestershire
Chopped tomatoes
Pickles
Chopped chilis
1 onion, chopped and caramelized
