December 2025 to June 2026
If there’s one thing I’ve learned over the last few years, it’s that the wellness space has become incredibly OVERWHELMING. Every week there’s a new supplement everyone swears by, a new workout that’s supposed to change your body, or another list of foods you’re apparently never supposed to eat again. It’s enough to make you feel like you’re constantly chasing the next thing, wondering if you’re just one habit away from finally feeling good in your own skin.
I’ve definitely fallen into that trap before! For a long time, I assumed I needed more discipline… more workouts… more restriction… more willpower. If something wasn’t working, I figured the answer was to double down and try harder.
But when I look back at what actually changed my body—and honestly, how I felt in my body—it wasn’t because I found the perfect workout or started taking one miracle supplement. It happened when I stopped trying to force results and started asking a different question: How can I better support my body? That shift changed everything.
If I had to start my health journey over tomorrow, knowing only what I know now, these are the five things I’d focus on first. They’re not necessarily the trendiest pieces of advice (sorry), but they’re the ones that have actually WORKED. They’ve helped me feel stronger, leaner, more energized, less inflamed, and more like myself than anything else I’ve tried.
As always, this isn’t medical advice (obvi), and I’m certainly not saying everyone needs to follow the exact same path. But if you’ve been feeling overwhelmed by all the wellness noise, I hope this gives you a simpler place to start!
