After reading my substack on Dr. Patrick Soon-Shiong’s cancer treatment that boosts Natural Killer cells, subscriber Maria C. requested to know the exact lymphocyte number that indicates Natural Killer cell deficiency. (I figured everyone would want to know the answer)

Chemotherapy and Radiation damage your Natural Killer cells.

Dr. Patrick Soon-Shiong has stated that most onocologists are not even paying attention to the Lymphocyte count which is crucial.

Lymphocytes are a type of white blood cell. They help your body’s immune system fight cancer and foreign viruses and bacteria. Your lymphocyte count is usually taken during a normal blood test at your healthcare provider’s office.

Lymphocyte levels vary depending on your age, race, sex, altitude and lifestyle.

Radiation and Chemotherapy can lower your lymphocytes. What is the normal range of lymphocytes?

  • Adults: 1,000 – 4,800 lymphocytes in every 1 microliter of blood.

  • Children: 3,00- 9,500 lymphocytes in every 1 microliter of blood.

If this number is below the range you have a problem.

You can simply request the ALC marker be included on your next blood work.

If the Absolute Lymphocyte Count is below 1,000/ul then your Natural Killer cells are dangerously low. The normal range is 1,000 – 4,800/ul. You must work on bringing those numbers up. Remember there is tons of research that shows your Natural Killer cells scour the body looking for viruses and cancer cells to eradicate before they become a problem.

I have reported on several natural therapies that can help including:

  • AHCC supplement

  • Redox molecules

  • Del Immune V

Stay tuned I will be reporting on these “Immune Molecules” in the coming weeks.
