There’s a moment for women, usually somewhere between our daily routine of running the world and running the home, when we feel it — a whisper that says: there is more to you than this. That whisper is our intuition. And for centuries, women have known how to heed it.
Witch meditations and ancestor practices are having quite the renaissance, and for good reason. At their heart, they are ways of turning inward. Clearing the noise of a chaotic life long enough to hear the deep intelligence we already carry. We don’t need a coven, a crystal collection, or any particular belief system. We need only a few minutes, a willingness to be still, and a curiosity about what lives inside us.
