You can’t keep a good thing down … I’m thrilled to share that Glitch is part of Still, I Am Because You Are, the Pride & Ally Summer Expo at Mid‑Street Lab in Brighton. The show runs from 26 July to 10 August 2025, and Glitch lives in a cozy corner designed just for this - warm lighting, inviting seating, and space to scroll slowly. More details here

What to expect:
Warm, comfy and friendly - Glitch appears on a TV screen accessed by an Apple touchpad - a glitchy, layered story, full of faces, motifs, and moments that flip between uncertainty and transformation. The aesthetic leans retro-cyberpunk, but it’s emotional, not sci-fi in a polish-heavy way.
This version reframes Glitch as a refuge - a corner where people who feel “othered” or “on the edge” can recognise something in the narrative. And for everyone else, it’s a chance to crack your own emotional frame a bit, too. The goal is quiet recognition, not spectacle.
The exhibition is built around the Ubuntu ethos — “I am because you are.” It’s about how identity isn’t fixed, and how we become visible through shared space, vulnerability, and difference.
So come on down to Mid‑Street Lab. Sit down. Scroll. Let yourself feel a little off-balance, then settle. There’s no pressure, no song-and-dance, just a soft corner that holds an awkward, imperfect, emotionally glitchy piece for a while.
No entry fee. Just presence.
