One year ago, Gregg Brooke Kolen interviewed me for the Daily Influence podcast.
That conversation captured a moment in motion and then I got back to work.
Heads down, showing up, doing the thing, eyes on my own paper :-) until one day I stopped long enough to look behind me and the view from there was everything. Thirty-five years of it.
Small daily steps AND the 100% Rule: because consistency isn’t about giving everything every day. Giving 30% on a 30% day? That’s your 100%. That’s consistency.
Here’s what a year of consistent living built:
Because consistency isn’t a productivity philosophy, it’s a relational one. It shows up in every domain of modern life. Including the messy, surprising, often ridiculous one called dating later.
Co-authored with a financial expert and written because money compounds the same way everything else does
Structure is freedom. Consistency is adaptability. We get good at the boring stuff *and* find the novel along the way because small steps, done consistently, change everything.
Consistency was never meant to be done entirely alone. Health is the foundation. Habits are the scaffolding. Community is what keeps us going. The Practice Room is precisely that and creates our Front Row.
As we say around here: Consistency isn’t sexy; it works every time.
