Chanel Couture last month really had me thinking about what couture actually is. It’s not about spectacle - it’s made-to-measure pieces built around craft, handwork, and an extraordinary amount of time. Couture is tradition, artistry, and a level of detail that feels almost rare today.
What I loved most was realising how perfectly a look I wore in Japan fit with Matthieu Blazy’s vision. That skirt feels just right for a Valentine’s night too.
