A day late and a dollar short…. ✨🎧

I know, I know.

I’m late.

I know it’s late.

Consider this a late night text from the person you were actually hoping it was from.

I don’t share this part of myself on social media, so I’ll share it with you.

It’s little— but it’s one of those things that feel sacred to me, so I don’t share it with everyone.

Many of you know that I run, but before I started running. I did this practice called yoga.

Hot yoga is really where it’s at— that cold lavender towel after class really hits different.

BUT — when I practice, it is spiritual.

It’s grounding. Basketball is also grounding for me.

I’m back in a space where I’m practicing again almost daily. For the first time — out of all the many years I’ve practiced — I can do a headstand.

This playlist is a tribute to my flow.

Wherever you find yourself these days— may flow find you. Find your breath. Find yourself again.
