Making marginal anchors into bomber anchors

In this video I demonstrate some simple techniques for making marginal anchors into bomber anchors, including the use of friction and meat (human) backups. You will see the results of three tests with a kettlebell and a scale to measure the effectiveness of friction in a rope system - friction can hold a significant portion of the load, ranging from 60% to 70%.
