If I Woke Up Tomorrow in No Contact With My SP, Here's How I'd Manifest Them Back

Babe…

If you’d told me two years ago I’d be sitting here, happily married, pregnant, writing this article…

I’d have laughed in your face.

Seriously.

Today, I’m married to the man I manifested.

He bought my engagement ring within three months.

Proposed after seven.

We got married on a beach in LA.

We’re expecting our first daughter.

And honestly…

The stats are right there.

I’m telling you because a couple of years ago…

My life looked completely different.

Anyone who knew me before Todd would’ve told you my love life was a complete sh*t show

I was the friend who dominated every dinner talking about the latest man who’d hurt me.

I’d put my phone on the table.

Open the messages.

Read them for what felt like the hundredth time.

Then I’d look at my friends and say,

“It just doesn’t make sense.”

“He told me he’d never felt like this before.”

“He told me I was everything he’d ever wanted.”

“I could feel it.”

“So why would he just let me go?”

Then I’d start doing what I always did.

“Maybe he’s just scared.”

“Maybe he really isn’t ready.”

“Maybe work genuinely is too much right now.”

“Maybe he just needs time.”

I’d analyse every word.

Every message.

Every excuse.

Trying to find the one thing that would make it all make sense.

How could somebody love me… but not choose me?

Meanwhile desperately hoping they would just text me and say, I made a mistake… I miss you.

Spoiler alert… it never happened back then.

Looking back now…

I honestly don’t know how I expected anything to change.

Every single day I was focused on the fact we were in no contact.

Every conversation with my friends was about him.

Every thought was about him.

Every time I picked up my phone, it was because of him.

Everything revolved around him choosing me.

I never even questioned that.

I just accepted that my job was somehow to get him to choose me.

And that was the biggest clue.

Then I learnt about the Law of Assumption.

The manifestation principle that changed everything for me.

And honestly…

It was like someone had finally switched the light on.

I realised I’d spent years expecting not to be chosen.

I assumed I wasn’t chosen.

So how could they possibly choose me?

Every relationship I’d ever had flashed before my eyes.

Different man.

Different excuse.

Same ending.

That’s when it finally clicked.

My reality had never been happening to me.

It had always been reflecting me.

Reflecting what I believed about myself.

Reflecting what I assumed to be true.

And if my reality was just a reflection…

Then changing the reflection was never my job.

Changing me was.

And that’s exactly what I did.

That’s why my life looks completely different today.

That’s why my husband chose me so intentionally from day one.

Not because he was different.

Because I was.

Anyway…

There’s absolutely no way I’d do what I used to do.

Because now I understand how the Law actually works.

I understand that my reality is always reflecting what I believe to be true.

So if I woke up tomorrow…

I wouldn’t spend another second trying to change them. Begging, pleading, convincing them.

I’d bring it straight back to me.

Here’s exactly what I’d do instead.

The first thing I’d do is take full responsibility for creating where I am right now.

Not because I’d sit there blaming myself.

Absolutely not.

Because the second I take responsibility…

I also take my power back.

You can’t believe you have the power to manifest someone back…

…but refuse to take responsibility for what’s already been created.

It doesn’t work like that.

If you believe you have the power to create your future…

You also have to accept you created where you are now.

Otherwise you’re saying,

“I have the power from today onwards…”

”…but somehow I had no power yesterday.”

That doesn’t even make sense.

The old version of me?

Called them avoidant.

Said they were scared of intimacy.

Said work was too stressful.

Said they weren’t ready.

I was completely focused on them.

Completely focused on the no contact.

Completely focused on everything I didn’t want.

So of course…

That’s exactly what I kept experiencing.

Today?

I’d say,

“Okay. This is where I am.

I created it.

Which means I can change it.”

That changes everything.

Then I’d do is decide I’m done telling the old story.

I know.

That probably sounds impossible right now.

Because you’re thinking,

“But Candice… that’s what happened.”

I know it happened.

I’m not asking you to pretend it didn’t.

Cry.

Scream.

Journal.

Talk to your friends.

Be angry.

Do whatever you need to do.

But then make a decision.

I’m done carrying that story into today.

Because every time you replay the breakup…

Every time you reread the messages…

Every time you tell yourself,

“They left me.”

“They don’t want me.”

“I’m in no contact.”

You’re keeping yourself in the exact reality you’re trying to leave.

The past only has power because you keep bringing it into the present.

Knowing what I know now…

I’d decide I’m done telling that story.

Not because it didn’t happen.

Because I don’t want to keep creating more of it.

I’d take a mirror to myself.

Not to judge myself.

To understand myself.

I’d get really honest.

What have I been believing about me?

Because your reality will always tell you.

Mine did.

I believed I wasn’t chosen.

I believed people left me.

I believed love never stayed.

I believed I had to earn love.

I believed I had to convince someone to choose me.

I didn’t realise those beliefs were writing the script.

I just thought I kept meeting the wrong men.

Looking back now…

Every relationship was showing me the same thing.

Not a different person.

The same belief.

So I’d write down every belief I could find.

Because you can’t change something you’re not even aware you’re believing.

Then I’d get honest about the story I’d been telling about them.

This was a big one for me.

Because I always had a reason.

One person wasn’t ready.

One person was too busy with work.

One person was scared of his feelings.

One person thought we wanted different things.

Different man.

Different excuse.

Same ending.

I always ended up feeling exactly the same way.

Not chosen.

That’s when I realised…

The circumstances kept changing.

But my story didn’t.

So I’d stop repeating the story I’d been giving them.

And I’d decide the story I actually wanted instead.

Who are they now?

How do they see me now?

How do they feel about me now?

Because YOU are always the one writing the script so I’d make sure I’m giving them the right script.

Then I’d go straight to my Secure Method EFT tapping.

Because I already know I’m going to be triggered.

No contact isn’t just a thought.

Your body is reacting too.

Your nervous system is telling you you’re abandoned.

You’re in danger.

You’ve lost the person you love.

And if I stay in that state…

I’m going to keep thinking, feeling and reacting like the woman who’s not chosen.

At the same time I’d be building my self-concept.

Chosen.

Loved.

Prioritised.

Safe.

The woman who expects to be chosen.

Because that’s exactly what my Secure Method EFT is designed to do.

It changes the story in your body and your self-concept together.

That’s why I created it.

Because I wanted the fastest way to become a completely different version of me.

Then I’d decide the ending.

Not the next text.

Not whether they’d watched my story.

Not whether they’d unblocked me.

The ending.

What do I actually want?

Do I want to be married?

Living together?

Building a family?

Then that’s where I’d live.

Because the old version of me would’ve celebrated a breadcrumb.

A text.

A “Hey.”

Movement.

Today?

I don’t care about any of that.

Because if my end is marriage…

Why would I make a text message my goal?

I’d write the story of me.

I’d write the story of them.

I’d write the story of us.

And I’d keep coming back to that script every single day.

Then I’d persist.

Not because I’m trying to make something happen.

Because I know something now that the old version of me had absolutely no idea about.

You’re never actually in no contact.

Read that again.

You’re never actually in no contact.

They are always getting the script.

Every thought.

Every assumption.

Every belief.

Every story you’re telling.

They’re reflecting it all.

The only question is…

What script are you giving them?

So no matter what my senses were telling me…

No matter what my eyes could see…

No matter what my reality looked like…

I’d keep giving them the script I actually wanted.

Chosen.

Loved.

Prioritised.

Wanted.

Together.

Married.

Because if they’re always getting the script anyway…

Why would I keep giving them the one I don’t want?

“They don’t want me.”

“We’re in no contact.”

“They’re avoidant.”

“They don’t care.”

Don’t you see?

Go right back to the beginning of this article.

That woman sitting with her friends.

Reading the messages.

Analysing every excuse.

Waiting for her phone to light up.

She had absolutely no idea she was giving them that script every single day.

She thought she was just describing reality.

She wasn’t.

She was creating more of it.

That’s why the text never came back then.

Because every single day…

I was focused on the reality I didn’t want.

Today?

I know what I’m seeing today is only reflecting the assumptions I’ve been living from.

So I don’t give all my attention to what’s right in front of me.

I give my attention to what I’ve decided is true.

In my mind…

We’re together.

We’re in contact.

I’m chosen.

I’m loved.

I’m the priority.

That’s the script I keep giving.

Because I know today’s reality reflects yesterday’s assumptions…

And tomorrow’s reality reflects today’s.

So today…

If I was sitting at that same dinner table with my friends…

Phone on the table.

Messages open.

Asking,

“How could somebody love me… but not choose me?”

I’d smile.

Because now I know the answer.

I was never waiting for them to choose me.

I was waiting to become the woman who expected to be chosen.

And the second I became her…

Everything changed.

If this made you think differently about no contact…

Share it with someone who’s still sitting there staring at their phone waiting for a text.

It might be exactly what they need to hear today.

With love,

Candice
