Styling shelves can feel like an intimidating process, so I wanted to break it down in an approachable method. In this video, I demonstrate how you can use objects that you currently own. You don’t have to go out and buy new things - you probably have more in your home than you think, it’s just noticing and finding the gems that can be used for styling with intention.
Just a reminder, it takes time to collect objects, so don’t rush it. I personally have been working on this a long time because I decided I didn’t want to fill my home with meaningless things just to fill a hole, I want them to have purpose and a story, as this is what I believe gives a home soul.
So, before you go out and shop, I encourage you to look around your house and make a pile of the pieces and objects you hold dear that spark joy, nostalgia, or perhaps it’s ‘just because’ you like it. You will be surprised!
