There’s just something about summer that has me buying the same groceries every single week. Chicken, salmon, corn, tomatoes, cucumbers... on repeat. Sure, I genuinely love all of those things, but eating them the same way over and over can get a little boring.
That’s where sauces come in!!! If you know me at all, you know I’m a sauce girl through and through. My husband literally calls me the “Sauce Queen,” and as sauce royalty, I think it is only fair that I share my favorites with you.
A good homemade dressing or sauce is probably the easiest way to completely change a meal without needing to buy a whole new list of ingredients. The same grilled chicken can become a Caesar salad one night, tacos the next, and a grain bowl the day after, all because of what’s drizzled on top. I promise, at least one of the sauces below is about to become your new favorite…
Homemade Creamy Caesar Dressing
Creamy Cilantro Lime Crema
Green Goddess Dressing
White Balsamic Vinaigrette
Creamy Lemon Feta Dressing (a sneak peek from my cookbook!)
Let’s get saucy!
