Can you believe June is already coming to an end? I swear it just started! Summer is officially here, and this month was filled with so many fun and yummy recipes. I’ve loved spending more time in the sun and soaking up some extra time at home in Washington after a busy start to the month filled with travel. Love Island anyone?

As always, I’ve rounded up everything we made this month so you have plenty of delicious ideas the next time you find yourself wondering what to make for dinner.

The votes are in, and this month’s Cailee’s Cooking Club recipe has officially been chosen. This month, we’re cooking up Thai Coconut Curry Salmon together! I’m honestly so glad you guys chose this one, because I’ve been craving salmon and this is one of my favorite ways to cook it up.
