Miyoo Mini Plus - Some initial heads-up

I recently bought the Miyoo Mini Plus 1 and I love it so far. Out of the box it’s already set up so you can just turn it on and jump into your favorite game but there is also a lot of room for customizability and improvements on this little handheld. If you’re anything like me then first moments with a new toy like this are always bittersweet. On one hand, I am eager to start using it…

We got model fusion at home

In this chunk I’m going to document a little OpenCode 1 setup that uses multiple (well, two in this case but your plan is your limit) LLMs to review a GitHub pull request. The cost of being "nice"

The other day, a link popped up on Hacker News reviving this old Reddit post 1 in which u/flipstables shares a pretty long and honest list of things they learned as a senior engineer. Among many quote-worthy ideas, one passage struck a particular note for me and made me consider how I work with people. The section is titled Listening and in…

Mizzurna Falls

One dull November evening, while mindlessly scrolling trough my youtube feed, I bumped into a seemingly random video 1 about old PlayStation 1 games. This was my unexpected introduction to Mizzurna Falls. Now, I’m a sucker for two things in visual art: snowy scenery and Twin Peaks so just seeing the game’s cover art was enough to draw my attention to it. But regardless of your visual…

Mic check

They say literature is a third age activity. Bukowski and many more 1 published their first works around their fifties. While this blog is by no means a work of literature, I decided to walk the path of these greats and start my very first personal blog at 37. This probably is not going to be a tech blog. While writing code occupies most of my week and certainly I have some thoughts about…
