Two new songs with very different vibes. Tell me which one you liked better!
“Painter” - complete with a “visual” counterpart! This song took some patience because the idea for it was abstract and I had to really figure out what kind of instrumentation worked best for what I was hearing in my head. I had been working on this painting for some time, too, and was not satisfied with it until I picked up my Chinese calligraphy brush and saw a texture that finally seemed right. Funny how that worked out for both song and painting. Stream the song on all platforms!
“Genuine” - no music video (yet?), but a fun one to create. I’m enjoying being inconsistent in terms of genre - it’s really a challenge each time to try and capture a different sound. Let me know which songs have been your favorites! My latest handful of songs are all available for streaming.
