There's online discourse about *what* actually qualifies as the worst chair in the world, and the internet thinks it's finally reached a consensus.
I won't be sweet about it, it's this one:
People chimed in with their own personal anecdotes and horror stories about this monstrosity:
"This screams $17 burger that doesn’t come with a side."
"Restaurants with these will sell you a $26 burger on a $12 chair."
"It’s giving $27 for the worst BBQ you’ve ever had in your life."
And "You see one of these bad boys you know you’re about to overspend on one of the worst gentrified tacos you’ve ever had."
People have even started calling them "millennial stools."
"Millennial stools. They are horrible and unfortunately a part of my generation’s legacy."
Beyond blaming millennials (for literally everything, as usual), someone on X called it a "15-minute chair" used by small restaurants to "strategically manage turnover."
