Opening your heart up to another person is one of the scariest, most beautiful parts of life. Whether the connection is romantic or platonic, it's always wonderful to have that moment where you know there's a special bond between you and another person.

But, as with most things in life, it can get really tricky, really fast, too. Especially when betrayal and infidelity enter the picture, and nothing hurts more than facing betrayal from someone you love.
There are, unfortunately, so many stories about relationships that end (or start) because of infidelity, but I'm sure it's even more of a knife twist if your partner cheats on you with someone close to you.

Or, perhaps it was one of those classic love triangle stories. You, a teenage girl in the Pacific Northwest, are caught between a werewolf and a vampire, and even though your head is saying one thing, your heart is saying another, and you just can't decide, so you end up hurting them both.
