A tradition of Butch Bastard vinyl releases is a white-knuckle, panic-stricken stretch for your humble independent artist, as I wait to see if the records arrive before I leave for tour.
Las Vegas Salvation supposedly had no chance, but miraculously showed up two weeks before tour. Death Valley was meant to arrive a month ahead, but ended up landing about a week before I left. Live at Royal Albert Hall was scheduled for May, but due to a hiccup at the pressing plant, it’s looking unlikely that I’ll have it in time.
This is obviously inconvenient. Many of you have paid exorbitant shipping costs to have Butch Bastard vinyl sent from the States, and may be hoping to pick up a copy of Live at RAH at one of the upcoming UK shows. Frustratingly, I can’t guarantee that I’ll have it.
If you’d like a copy and are attending one of the UK shows, you can preorder and have it shipped, or wait and see if I have it at the show. If not, I’ll offer a discount code at the show so you can order online and take some of the sting out of shipping costs.
