Coming May 2026

It is with great pride that I announce the upcoming release of Butch Bastard “Live At Royal Albert Hall” slated for May 2026 on limited vinyl, Bandcamp and streaming.

I’ve always loved listening to live albums because it’s like hearing a story unfold in real time.

When you listen to “Live At Royal Albert Hall” you will hear the story of an artist living the most consequential forty minutes of his life.

He stands on the most hallowed stage in the world in front of a sold out crowd, the vast majority of which have never heard of him, in a country far from home. He is armed with nothing but the guitar he was given for Christmas when he was sixteen and eleven songs that he wrote while sitting on his couch in northeast Los Angeles, scribbling in a notebook with the television flickering in the background. He is the only thing standing between four-thousand Londoners and the beloved headline act that they have paid their hard earned money to see.

He has forty minutes to prove to this crowd that he is worthy of their time and the ground that he stands. For forty minutes this historic building and stage is entrusted to him alone.

Also, it’s his birthday.

This story is laid out uninterrupted in its entirety on this album.

The majority of people who have come to embrace my music in the past few years were introduced to it through my live solo act. It’s only right that this live album live alongside my studio albums to complete the picture of the Butch Bastard project.

Thanks to RAH front of house, Misty FOH engineer Jacob Feinberg and mix engineer Ryan Nasci I was able to get a beautiful recording of this performance. I cherish it and I am proud to share it with all of you.

Lots of fun stuff to come in the next few months.
