I was also involved in a a few great discussions at Chifley’s fringe event, including live edition of ‘The Program’ with new federal president Kate Ellis and first-term MPs Matt Smith and Claire Clutterham.

Matt, who as this shot illustrates, is a big character, recounts the battle to save the Cairns Taipans, while Claire spoke of her battles with bullying growing up. Kate, as always. was a class act.

I also had recorded a Burning Platforms show with Lizzie and Ed Santow from the Human Technology Institute, where we helped Senator Tony Sheldon launch the Fair AI initiative. We will post this during the week.
