How an issue with dates in Hugo triggered me to go on a learning journey with Indiekit and Node.js, and ended up creating my first npm package Indiekit plugin. While writing this troubleshooting log, I ended up creating a new Hugo feature: a shortcode that fetches OG images from external links!
