There was a talk I watched years ago, talking about working in game development for years without a hit. It was inspiring for me to that if you are chasing your dream you have to learn to progress at all circumstances. It’s easy for any creative to step in to the “new”. A new project, a new idea, a new experience… The excitement is the main motivation for everything we do in our lives, and when it comes to create something it’s no different. But the excitement will vanish quickly. And then what will be our motivation to keep creating?
Star Lifecycle used in interaction design
While I was in an incubation center located in Middle East Technical University, I have attended in a Human Computer Interaction class as a guest student, I learned about Star Lifecycle used in interaction design. Since then, I tried to keep the roadmap split in achievable milestones, and evaluate after completing every step and expand only after first loop completes in all senses. This doesn’t mean that I dream small achievable things at all time. In every action I take, I think worst-case, but also the best-case. And starting from achieving respecting by the worst-case to expand it towards the best-case, by going all in. This led me to complete every project I start. I would like you to think about your past projects or attempts and hear your ideas and experiences.
Until tomorrow, stay safe and keep moving!
