In all sorts of relationships I have, even if it’s personal or it’s business, I love to be transparent at all times. It comes a bit unnatural to be able to speak up and stick with every action and thought you have without any makeup. Because talking like as you are, brings consequences of exposing your real identity. In business, it seems normal to want to hide your weaknesses. But also it just shifts reality and expectations. And most of the time you find yourself patching your defensive stand by the relations get deeper. Being transparent is really the easiest way to live. No false promises, no unrealistic expectations to catch up. Just be yourself, and learn to cope with your strong sides and also weak sides of your game. Be a game-changer of yourself by turning your weaknesses to your advantage as well. There is nothing to hide, and there is definitely no time to lose by playing defense. Go all in, go all offense!
