Saying “no” is very effective in decision-making than we think. Most of the time, we tend to not killing process if we spent time in it. Making team or partners happy doesn’t mean it is good for your product. In this era of entrepreneurship, idea is not as important as execution. And when it comes to execution, speed is almost critical as most of us don’t have unlimited funds and also unlimited time. Every decision and choice is critical. Saying “no” is the ultimate tool that will help you focus on the important. Don’t focus on people even it’s just you, just focus on the product and process. And I believe every entrepreneur should learn to say “no” more often.
