I gave a detailed talk and presented a cute slideshow on my most important insights and strategies for feeling empowered and creating boundaries online that actually help both as a content consumer and a creator. I talked about the struggles of comparing yourself to others, balancing staying informed with being overwhelmed with news, and the strategies I use to have a more joyful experience.
Social media can be difficult to navigate for everyone (including me) which is why it’s so important we help each other!
