Long time no post ….
Sorry about that!
But that is changing and here is why:
I've moved to a small (and mighty!) internal team tasked to implement and guide optimal results for our AI clients.
Owning the end to end implementation process, closely working with our product team to improve and evolve our offerings, closely collaborating with clients to ensure impactful and measurable results from their AI journey, and using the above experience to create the resources and trainings to scale rapidly.
Does that sounds familiar to you?
Its the exact same thing that happened 8+ years ago with Automation.
How lucky am I to be involved with something like this twice?!
Naturally there is a great deal of cross over and overlap between Automation + AI.
AI has been in Automation already for years with our Semantic job matching and later AI Auto Match.
But I am really excited with what is happening right now with both AI and Automation.
Especially AI Agents which is the combination of AI + Automation put together.
So here is what you can expect from me:
Obsession (Dreams about AI have already started 😂)
Discovering what works well and what doesn't
Creating content to share those learnings as widely as possible
Also don't fret, I am still heavily involved with Automation.
Especially the scaled side of things - roundtables, webinars, usergroups, etc.
And I've ensured I still have time set aside for Ad Hoc calls to help clients each week.
You'll just be seeing more AI content from me moving forward, blended with Automation content, and content featuring both.
