There have been lots of discussions this week regarding the DAO being a UNA which was prior passed with proposal 2.
BuilderDAO is dedicated to the creation and development of free and accessible DAO infrastructure as a public good. BuilderDAO established an Unincorporated Nonprofit Association (UNA) in Wyoming for its US operations on November 15, 2022.
Although members of the DAO may remain anonymous, all conveyances of value from the DAO shall comply with the informational reporting required by law.

tl;dr: building infrastructure so every Nounish DAO launching with the Nouns Builder can have their own custom governance client like houseofnouns.wtf.

tl;dr: wagmi is an open-source library used by NounsBuilder, ENS, Sushi, LooksRare, WalletConnect, and many more projects to connect and interact with Ethereum and EVM-compatible chains.
wagmi DAO will help support projects and contributors through funding rounds that result in work being done to improve OSS at the intersection of crypto.
