Current AI agent protocols verify who an agent is but not whether what it is doing matches its original mandate. This post proposes RAD (Reasoning Anchored Delegation), a protocol primitive that anchors every delegation in the cryptographic hash of the delegating principal's reasoning, enabling verifiable intent continuity across multi agent chains with no central authority required.
