It’s too fucking hot in phoenix- 100ºF by 7AM is absolutely wild. I can’t stand summers here. The only thing saving me is good food and a kiss from my girlfriend. Tuck in with this dish you’ll get why I said “dive face first.”
This salad isn’t on the menu over at Glai Baan but it just feels inspired by my meals there. This is the kind of food you make where you take a bite and your eyes just start darting around the room with a grin on your face- shaking your head. The best part is you made it at home.
