I’m so excited to announce the Homemaking with Babs Book Tour!
I’ll be visiting five wonderful locations to celebrate the launch of Homemaking with Babs, and I would absolutely love to see you there. Whether you’ve been with me from the very beginning or you’ve just joined our little community, I hope you’ll come say hello.
I’ll be signing books, taking photos, and celebrating everything that this book represents…a home that’s easier to care for, more welcoming to live in, and filled with the people we love.

A Very Special Day at The Basket House
There is one event that is especially close to my heart.
For the very first time, I’m opening the doors of The Basket House for an intimate celebration of Homemaking with Babs.
If you’ve followed along as we’ve restored this little historic home (or spotted it on the cover of the book) you know just how special it is to me.
Built in the 1830s, The Basket House was once a working basket shop where baskets were woven and sold. Today it’s filled with the simple systems, thoughtful details, and welcoming touches that inspired so much of Homemaking with Babs. Every room tells a story, and I cannot wait to share those stories with you in person.
This will be a small, intimate gathering with very limited tickets available, and each guest will enjoy:
A guided tour of The Basket House
Light bites and beverages
Time together for conversation, photos, and plenty of hugs
A personalized, signed copy of Homemaking with Babs, provided by Elm Street Books
Even more meaningful, all proceeds from this event will benefit The National Fund for Women, an organization dedicated to improving the everyday lives of American women by providing practical support today while building lasting opportunities for generations to come.
It will truly be one of the most special days I’ve ever hosted, and I would be honored to welcome you into my home.
