What if we allowed people who need day care or special education a 100% federal income tax credit to pay for it? Or to pay for any family member - nieces, cousins, etc.? And we gave people who don't have an income a voucher for it - but only if they are an American citizen, not an illegal alien or an asylee etc.?
And we did not give day care or SPED centers, fake or real, for profit or non-profit, direct grants and funding?
