Bruce Landay · Future Trends and Science Fiction

I’ve always been obsessed with the future and have always lived there in my mind. I’m a lifelong science fiction fan and during my professional career I focused on new technology and process improvement. I loved helping my coworkers transition to a better future.

Future Trends and Science Fiction looks at projections of the future, especially technology through a science fiction lens, along with today’s reality.

There’s a lot of smart talented writers and podcasters on Substack who spend their days in the future too. Below is a list of the people I enjoy listening to and reading.

It’s been fun discovering and interacting with the wide variety of science fiction authors on Substack. If you’re a science fiction fan, here’s a list of writers on Substack you can check out. Lots of great storytelling!
