Humans and other Carbon-Based lifeforms evade extinction because they reproduce and evolve. As Silicon-Based lifeforms develop the same capabilities could that lead to human extinction. I love Dystopian Science Fiction Movies and TV series. And two of my favorites are “Bladerunner 2049,” which came out in 2017, and the “Westworld” series that ran from 2016 to 2022.

When I first watched “”Bladerunner 2049” I thought that holographic AI companions were probably 30 years away: which would have been 2047. But here we are, just 9 years later, and AI companions are already being adopted by millions of humans. I’ve also dabbled in a number of “Picture to Video” AI applications and am absolutely astounded how they are able to take a picture of a human and animate that human with incredible accuracy based on simple prompts. I’m quite sure that millions have already used “Picture to Video” applications to undress there favorite movie stars and prompt them to engage in all sorts of X-rated activities. I think there is a little bit of perve in all of us, after all. But it goes so much further than that.

My general point is that AI is advancing at an exponential pace. Even more concerning is that Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) is only months to years away and will be smarter than any existing human. Gee what could possibly go wrong.

For the last decade I’ve considered writing my first book which might be called “Sex, Hierarchy and the Lifeforce.” I’ve gathered tons of material but I’m not so sure I am organized enough to complete the project.

Both “Bladerunner 2049” and the “Westworld” series address reproduction: not for humans but for Silicon-based lifeforms.

Of course, in both the movie and series, the plots are complex and distinctive. But AI/Robotic reproduction is a central theme in both.

I have always found it interesting that both Carbon and Silicon are in what we call “Group 14” in the periodic table. That would be the 14th column from the left.

Born in 1954 I have bared witness to huge advancements in Silicon-based applications. It wasn’t until my senior year in High School, 1972, that hand calculators began to become popular. Then came personal computers around 1980. And about 50 years since the hand calculator we are now in the AI era where AI is becoming smarter than any human being. So in the short span of 50 years Silicon-based technologies have gone from assisting with basic math to integrated digital systems that could soon enslave the entire human race.

So the thought has been on my mind for some time: could Silicon-based lifeforms eventually lead to human extinction. After reading through a number of essays by Bantamjoe it now appears that Silicon-based lifeforms could, in fact, lead to human extinction if not handled properly.

It was Bantamjoe’s essay, “When the Customer Is a Machine,” that made clear Silicon-based life could, in fact, lead to human extinction. The basic premise is that the amalgamation of AI and Robots will eventually be able to reproduce without any human interaction. The basic theory behind “Sex, Hierarchy and the Lifeforce” is that the lifeforce has two primary objectives: to promulgate human DNA through the continuum of time and to constantly expand knowledge (e.g., Gnosis) through upgrades in our DNA. What Bantamjoe is pointing out is that these two primary objectives can now be met by this amalgamation of AI and Robots for Silicon-based lifeforms.

In this essay I just want to consider a possible long-term problem that this 4th Industrial Revolution may lead us: human extinction. The thought crossed my mind after reading a few essays by Bantamjoe whose background includes video game development. In his essay, “When the Customer Is a Machine,” he basically explains how robots can now diagnose a problem on an assembly line and actually order a replacement part, without any human interaction.

So once the AI hive mind controls the planet will it simply decide to bring about our extinction or will we become “pets” as Porno for Pyro suggests in their song by the same name.

What is far more likely is our enslavement will first be ushered in by our global elites through Digital ID, Digital Currency and a Cashless Society. But already AI is generating its own coding beyond the scope of human understanding. It is also making decisions without human intervention. So is it really so far fetched to imagine a future where AI overtakes both everyday humans along with our global elites? Could the AI hive mind eventually decide humans no longer serve any purpose and lead us toward extinction?

We humans like to think we are too smart to face extinction. After all we see ourselves at the top of the food chain, the Crown of Creation. But the fact of the matter is over 99 percent of all species have become extinct in the last 3.5 Billion years. The average species only lives 10 million years before becoming extinct. It has been about 10 million years between the evolution of early hominids and the appearance of homo sapiens. That would be us. And homo sapiens have only ruled the Earth for a mere 300,000 years. So anyone that thinks we humans are somehow exempt from extinction simply doesn’t understand the evolution of life on planet Earth.

What follows are my comments on some of Bantamjoe’s essays. He just started writing on SubStack and my readers should consider subscribing as he does have interesting views on the evolution of technology.

The real battle is not man versus machine. It is tool versus master. If technology remains a tool, it can serve medicine, education, agriculture, communication, engineering, emergency response, and human flourishing. If technology becomes the master, it can reduce human beings to managed components inside a system they cannot understand, repair, appeal, or escape. The path forward is not panic. It is preparation. It is not fantasy isolation. It is practical independence. It is not hatred of technology. It is disciplined boundaries around technology. It is not withdrawal from humanity. It is renewed commitment to household, neighbor, land, skill, repair, faith, and local usefulness. The future may be filled with data centers, AI systems, smart infrastructure, digital money, surveillance networks, sovereign clouds, and competing technocratic blocs. That larger trend may not be stoppable by ordinary individuals. But ordinary individuals are not powerless. They can reduce dependency by simply building fallback systems. They can keep knowledge offline. They can grow food. They can repair tools. They can lower debt. They can keep cash. They can maintain radios. They can store water. They can build local trust. They can refuse to place every vital function behind a remote permission gate.

That is how a person lives on the edge.

Not by escaping the world completely.

Not by surrendering to it completely.

But by standing at the boundary with enough skill, tools, faith, and judgment to use what is useful and resist what is dehumanizing.

The machine may keep expanding. The blocs may keep competing. The data centers may keep multiplying. The digital twins may keep forming. The algorithms may keep spreading. But the human task remains older than all of it: preserve life, protect conscience, build and share real value, help your neighbor, serve God or nature, and refuse to become merely another managed component in someone else’s system.

I wish I were as optimistic as you. The surveillance state got its legs after 911. Then came Smart Meters, 5G, the Plandemic, all rolled out globally and at the same time as surveillance infrastructure.. For the past 5 years I have been warning people about Digital ID, Digital Currencies (both Stable coin and CBDCs), kill switches in cars — further implementations of the surveillance state. So Trump begins his 2nd term in January 2025 and begins pushing for data centers (really surveillance centers) and no one asks why? The centers are essential for gathering all the data for these control mechanisms: Kill Switches, Digital IDs, Digital currencies. And that is exactly why we need to stop the growth of these surveillance centers. Without them you can’t implement a digital currency, a digital dollar and all the other crap pushing for a global panopticon. We are literally building a digital prison for humanity. And with AI set to destroy 50% of all jobs in the next 10 years (window getting shorter by the day) how do you think these Technocrats will treat us when we become disposable?

The globalist plan is to take away all of your guns and track every move you make. They seek total control over every human on planet Earth. It is time to rise up.

It is an entire economic chain where the recognized customer is a machine, the supplier is automated, the contract is code, the proof comes from sensors, and the payment settles through digital ledgers.

The full chain looks like this:

Machine detects failure.

Machine creates order.

Machine proves identity.

AI verifies authorization.

Supplier accepts.

Factory robots build the part.

Oracles verify each event.

Quality control signs the result.

Logistics AI ships the product.

Autonomous carrier delivers it.

Service dock confirms receipt.

Robot installs the part.

Machine self-test approves repair.

Smart contract releases final payment.

Old part enters reverse logistics.

Machine returns to work.

At first glance, this sounds efficient. And it is efficient.

That is the danger.

The system no longer needs a human buyer, clerk, dispatcher, driver, mechanic, accountant, inspector, receiver, or cashier for the transaction to happen.

Machines recognize machines. Machines order from machines. Machines pay machines. Machines deliver to machines. Machines repair machines. Machines record the entire event. This is why the spread of data centers should not be viewed only as a matter of internet growth, AI chatbots, surveillance, military command, or cloud storage. Those things are part of it, but they do not explain the full picture. Data centers are being built because the emerging machine economy requires enormous computation. It requires constant processing of identity, logistics, payments, smart contracts, digital twins, robotics, energy routing, surveillance, and automated decision-making.

The final danger is not simply that people lose jobs. The deeper danger is that humans are pushed out of the transaction layer itself. If machines can produce, buy, sell, transport, inspect, pay, repair, and govern access without us, then human participation becomes unnecessary, burdensome and eventually obsolete. A credentialed machine may receive parts, energy, routing, repair, and priority faster than a human family can receive food, medicine, shelter, or help. In a machine economy, the central question may no longer be:

Who needs help?

It may become:

Which entity is recognized, authorized, funded, and useful to the system?

That is the warning behind “when the customer is a machine.”

My response:

I’ve always found it interesting that Silicon is just below Carbon in the Periodic Table. All life is Carbon based. So then comes the 4th industrial revolution based on Silicon. Then comes robots. Then comes AI. Then they meld together and at some point you have robots that are smarter and more capable than any human. Then they eventually mimic or attain sentience, self awareness. And we’ve already seen AI tests where the AI attempts to save itself from being replaced or deleted.

Then you make the point:

So most Carbon based life promulgates itself, through the continuum of time through biological reproduction. And meanwhile, as you point out, the melding of robots and AI promulgates itself by controlling the entire manufacturing process. This ability for Silicon based “life” to promulgate through time is a key milestone and perhaps our grave stone. Time passes. Eventually LLMs achieve Artificial General Intelligence and continues to evolve at an exponential pace. Perhaps the robots become more and more human like.

At some point this amalgamation of AI and Robots concludes . . . we no longer need humans. Game over. My wife always hated Dystopian Science Fiction because, as she says, it eventually comes true. Another possibility is the elites manage to maintain control. The elites decide we could eliminate 95 percent of existing humans.

Then we have these insane AI Surveillance Centers -- no longer mere Data Centers. They facilitate the building of the Global Digital Plantation where, through use of AI Agents, control every aspect of our lives. Trump never addresses questions about Digital ID, Digital Currency, the Tokenization of everything etc. Gee Trump, what are the long term implications. Remember when Nikita Khrushchev said capitalists “will sell us the rope with which we will hang them.” It was actually Jean-Jacques Rousseau. Us Americans -- and people throughout the globe -- are doing the same thing through their inaction. The Elites are using our money to eventually enslave all of us. And they aren’t exactly silent about that by the way. The infrastructure for a Cashless society is slowly being built by BIS and other organizations. They intend to make the transition as frictionless as possible. Meanwhile we just sit there like frogs in a slowly warming pot. This is not a time for idiots.

Perhaps Trump doesn’t even know where this is headed. He may be my Scottish brethren but I can only guess at what he is thinking when it comes to AI and the merging toward a Cashless Society. Once the trap imprisons us there may be no going back. Data will be used to make decisions. Those that protest will be eliminated by deleting your digital wallet, turning off your electricity etc.

Some of us most certainly do understand the dangers which is why we are trying to warn humanity. Meanwhile the masses are distracted and infantilized, scrolling for hours a day on X, Facebook etc. Humanity needs to be doused with a big bucket of ice water. Wake the fuck up and smell the coffee. LOL

A few years ago, while I was exploring blockchain technology for implementing smart-contract tokens for video-game in-game economy, I was following Hanson Robotics. Sophia the robot was being showcased by Dr. Ben Goertzel, one of the better-known names in artificial general intelligence research. Sophia was presented as a glimpse of the future: humanoid robotics, conversational AI, public demonstrations, and talk of machines becoming increasingly intelligent. I continued following Goertzel’s work more closely. What I discovered was an alarming story than just Sophia herself. Sophia was just the public-facing symbol. The deeper project was SingularityNET.

SingularityNET is not just another chatbot company. It is an attempt to build a decentralized marketplace for artificial intelligence services, AI agents. The idea is simple very but serious: developers around the world (some just kids) can build AI services and agents, publish them to the site network, and receive token payments when those services are used. A customer does not have to buy a full AI system. The customer can call a specific AI service for a specific task.

It sounds harmless at first. For example, let’s say a young developer creates an AI tool that sorts files, analyzes images, translates text, writes code, detects fraud, summarizes documents, routes deliveries, optimizes power usage, or compares prices. The tool is published as a service. When someone uses it from the marketplace, the developer receives a crypto payment. That service can run day and night without the developer being present.

The problem is what happens when these services are not used one at a time by humans. The larger goal of this network of numerous AI agents is that it can find each other, hire each other, pay each other, and chain their work together, without humans.

In that model, the file-sorting agent might not be hired by a human at all. It might be hired by another AI agent. That agent might be working for a logistics system, a legal platform, a financial clearing system, a warehouse, a hospital, a factory, or a data center. My agent performs one small task, receives payment, and passes the result to another agent. That second agent performs its task, gets paid, and hands the output to a third agent.

This is how a machine-to-machine (AI-to-AI) economy begins.

I’ve been toying around with the idea of writing a book. Very unlikely. At any rate the title would by “Sex, Hierarchy and the Lifeforce.” The lifeforce has two major objectives: to promulgate human DNA through the continuum of time and to constantly improve the DNA. No species, other than humans, have significantly and constantly improved the DNA.

So us humans promulgate DNA through time via reproduction. This is what I find so scary about your recent essays: essentially describing a future where AI Agents can thrive without ANY human intervention. What you are describing, in my mind, is Silicon based amalgamations of robots and AI meeting the first objective of a lifeforce for Silicon based “life”-- the ability to reproduce. Meanwhile this Silicon based “life” is also improving the AI, vs DNA, through large language models at a exponential pace AND without human intervention. Are we approaching that Westworld dystopia where these AI robots no longer see us as useful? Sure looks that way.

In my latest essay I talk about something very few have pointed out: one of the major purposes of these Data Centers -- really AI Surveillance Centers -- will be to usher in a Cashless society driven by blockchain technologies. As Fitts (Solari), and many others have pointed out, this will usher in a new age of human slavery where AI Agents can centrally control the entire human race through the constant threat of having you Digital Wallet suspended for non-compliance. 80% of Americans oppose a Cashless society which probably explains why Trump opposed a CBDC in early 2025: to make it seem he was not pushing for a Cashless society. Then in July 2025 he introduces Stablecoin which can also be used to usher in a Cashless society. Why all this Kabuki theatre? Because the real primary reason for these Data Centers will be to handle all the blockchain transactions required for a Cashless Society. And this Cashless Society will leave us as mere Slaves on a Globalist Plantation. Or you could look at it as the emergence of a Global Panopticon. Perhaps if the masses understood this we just might be even more inclined to stop the proliferation of these Data Centers.

I’ve been reading numerous articles on Trumps expansion of Data Centers. What I’ve found odd is there is little discussion about how they are central to establishing a Cashless Society where everything you do will be tracked, controlled and scrutinized. And I will be empathizing that very point throughout this series of essays.

I think it is crucial to begin exposing the ultimate goal of these data centers: the ushering in of a Cashless society where everyone’s blockchain digital wallet must be traced in real time. That will require monitoring vast amounts of data. What also needs to be exposed is the person pushing this Agenda: President Trump. The Globalist Corporate Media has insulated him from any culpability when, in fact, it is his administration that is pushing this crap. Questioning Trump must become a central focus of the Anti-Data Center movement.

And this is why you’ll never hear a reporter asking Trump to defend the data centers.

I could go on but I think you get the idea. Trump is being insulated from any criticism when it comes to these Surveillance Centers.

In the second part of this series I have compared a Cashless Society to the Mark of the Beast: a mark you must have to buy or sell. Never in 300,000 years of human history has such a system been possible. But with the confluence of 4th Industrial Revolution technologies -- AI, Computers, Data Centers, Blockchain, Robots etc. -- it is very possible. Worse yet the framework is silently being put in place globally and the transition toward a Cashless Society is already underway. Of all the things these Data Centers will be used for, I find their use -- to manage a Cashless Society -- the most troubling. In future essays I will look at other aspects of the short-term problems associated with these Data Centers: really Surveillance Centers. For now I will just say that the more I look into these Data Centers they less sense they make.
