A larger relay fleet does not only multiply bandwidth. It multiplies providers, failure modes, upgrade paths, and the responsibility to keep every identity and configuration correct.
Twenty relays that share one failure domain do not provide the same resilience as a smaller fleet distributed across genuinely independent networks and platforms.
