Hello and Happy August!!!

If you’re new to this podcast, I’ve been posting a monthly solo episode since April. It’s a creation I love deeply, a fun way to connect, express and share what I’ve been contemplating.

This month was a huge leap for me.

After a week with a head cold and a forced three days of rest, I felt, with full body awareness and appreciation, what it really is to be in the moment. I wrote about it in last week’s essay, What I Did While Blowing My Nose, and in this episode I dive deeper and speak candidly right from my heart about how I’ve exponentially grown from cherishing exactly where I am.
